What is the Difference Between DSHS Food Handler and The ANSI Accredited Food Handler?

The Texas DSHS Food Handler Training does not have a final exam and is valid in your city or county only. The ANSI Food Handler Training has a mandatory final exam and is valid anywhere in Texas and nationwide.

Is Learn2Serve the same thing as ServSafe?

Yes, if the Food Handler Exam is ANSI accredited, the certification is the same as ServSafe, Premier, Prometric, State Food Safety, Efood, etc.
