This is what you need to do to get your Food Manager Certification Card

First click on your training choice from the course menu. This will take you to a screen to choose your home state. You will not be asked for your credit card number until you are 100% sure you want to get certified with us.

The Food Manager prep course is Not Mandatory to be certified. However, it helps prepare you for the exam. You must always Pass the Exam to be Certified.

After you enroll, we will send a confirmation email with your course / exam instructions and refund information.

You will print your official Certified Food Protection Manager Certificate of Completion and wallet card immediately after you pass the exam. Note: Most students pass the exam one the first try. If you don't pass the first time, you get a second free attempt at the exam.

Seafood HACCP Safety This training course was developed specifically for individuals in the seafood industry. The Seafood HACCP Course follows the Seafood HACCP Regulation which defines the safe handling and processing of all stages of seafood. The course follows USDA and FDA guidelines and the Code of Federal Regulations 21 CFR Part123 Seafood HACCP Regulation. This course counts as 1 Credit Hour Cost $75.00

HACCP Food Safety for Retail Food Establishments This training course presents HACCP’s concepts and principles. These include all stages of food storage and processing by instruction on the 7 HACCP Principles. This course lays out how HACCP is applied using Active Managerial Control (AMC). This course is rated for 16 Credit Hours Cost $125.00
