  • Generally, the State of Oregon does not mandate food manager certification. However, facilities with a Certified Food Manager as the Person In Charge (PIC) will meet the Demonstration of Knowledge requirement in the Oregon Food Sanitation Rules, OAR 333-150-0000, Chapter 2.
